Max Ergo Tilter Max Ergo Tilter with basket
The MAX-ERGO-TILTER is a manually operated tilt table, ideal for table applications where tilting baskets, containers or other loads improves ergonomic access. Standard platform size is 48" x 50" with a 16" lip. Tilt is 45 degrees and the platform is 26" high in the horizontal position. Fork pockets are standard for transportation.

A manual hand pump lever with extended handle allows operator to raise the table to horizontal position. A foot lowering valve allows platform to be lowered into tilted position.

    Max Tilt Lift Products MAX-Tilt & MAX-LIFT & TILT tables are designed for those applications where tilting or lift and tilting the load provides for improved access to the product. Table availble with 45, 60 or 90 degree tilt.
    Both series are electric hydraulic with the 45 degree models powered up and gravity down while the 60 and 90 degree models are powered both up and down with double acting cylinders. With capacities of 2,000 - 6,000 lbs., the MAX-series table can handle most applications. Max Lift and Tilt

    • 3/4 or 1 1/2 hp motor. 115/230 volt single phases or 230/460 3 phase voltage. Motor is internally mounted on most models and externally mounted on table sizes with 24" wide base.
    • Push button magnetic back control box standard with 6' cord
    • 10' power cord standard
      (connector not included).
    • Hydraulic gear pump with check valve, solenoid valve, filter and velocity fuse standard.
    • Smooth steel deck with 4" high lip on hinge end.
    • High quality chrome plated cylinder.
    • Control box includes magnetic starter transformer, thermal overload and fuses
    • Designed for surface mount or lift table mounting. Contact factory for special in floor requirements.
    • Powered up on 45, 60 and 90 degree tilt. Gravity down on 45 degree and powered down on 60 and 90 degree tilt.
    • Tilt limit switch
    • Color yellow top with blue frame.
    • A 30 amp dedicated circuit is required for 115 volt operation.
    • Consult factory for special electrical requirements.
