Work Positioners Overview

Adjustable work positioners reduce strain and overexertion by positioning the work load at the height preferred by the user. They are highly mobile with all swivel casters allowing users to move their work with them around their work cell. Studies have recently shown that prolonged sitting can be detrimental to worker health. A work positioner can act as a welcome break by allowing users to perform work in a standing position.

The ML15 series of work positioners use a pneumatic cylinder to assist in the raising of the platform. Ideal for ultra-light weight applications or those in which the height of the platform , once set, does not need to be adjusted under load. A height adjustment knob locks the tilting platform at the desired height.

The MXH series use a manual pump up hydraulic cylinder to set the height of the platform. These work positioners are for use in applications where the height of the platform needs to be adjusted while under load. A secondary pedal activates a release valve to lower the platform. The MXH features a tilting platform, while the MXHR has a 23.5"ø 360° rotating platform.
