Stainless Lift Overview
Stainless steel lift tables are primarily used in the food and pharmaceutical industries where equipment must be washed down on a regular basis to eliminate possible contamination to products. The number of stainless steel components in the lift will depend on the specific application. Most lifts will feature a stainless steel platform and base frame, those components that make direct contact with the product or surrounding environment. Other components will vary depending on the degree that the lift is to be washed down and the chemicals involved in its sanitation.
For full wash down applications, we offer the SXT and SXTLP lift tables that are USDA approved. They are constructed out of T304 stainless steel and have a passivated finish. The SXT has a capacity of 4,000 lbs, a standard scissor lift design and can be fitted with a rotating top. The SXTLP is a ground entry pan style stainless lift with a 2,500 lbs capacity.
The low profile LPBL-SG is a stainless steel / cold galvanized lift and is suitable for mild wash down applications. It can be loaded via a pallet jack with the use a stainless steel ramp. The LPBLU-SG removes the need for a ramp and can be loaded with a 21" wide pallet jack, while the LPBLE-SG has an additional center support to minimize load deflection and is for use with a 27" wide pallet jack. Both the LPBLU-SG and LPBLE-SG are for use with open bottom pallets and skids.
The RTMX-SS is a combination of numerous stainless steel and water resistant options for our popular Roto-Max work positioner. It features 360 degree rotation and a lowered height of 6.5". The platform and base frame are fully stainless while the scissor arms are coated with Steel-It paint. Numerous power supply options are available depending on the enivronment.
